Lake Nona’s new unique Linear Park begins construction in 2020

Dix.Hite has helped Tavistock Development envision a linear park system in Lake Nona - the first of its kind in Orlando. Rather than burying storm pipe under a new road, the team opted to bring stormwater to the surface and make it an amenity. The ‘GreenLink’ features an open waterway flanked by a multi-modal trail, parks, public plazas, and access to water recreation activities.
