Dix.Hite announces Marissa Caraavelis as Director of People and Organizational Strategy

The Dix.Hite team is excited to announce that Marissa Caravelis has joined our team as Director of People and Organizational Strategy! Marissa brings more than 20 years of experience that started in finance and then pivoted to human resources and people development. She joins our leadership team as a firm Principal, focusing on creating solutions that improve employee experiences while helping us achieve our strategic goals.

Marissa has built an impressive career in leadership roles at Lockheed Martin and A. Duda & Sons, where she earned Excellence Awards for Innovation. A proud graduate of UCF with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Rollins College with a Master's degree in Business Administration, her expertise in mentoring and guiding people, combined with her passion for improving workplace experiences, makes her a perfect fit for Dix.Hite.

Marissa's connection to Dix.Hite runs deeper than most - she actually worked for us in the late 1990s as an office assistant while she was in college. Born in Trinidad and raised in Central Florida, she has called the Orlando area home since 2002. When she's not at work, Marissa enjoys traveling with her husband Dean, cheering on the Orlando Magic and UCF Knights, gardening, and exploring local attractions with her daughter Stella.
