Chris Hite elevated to ASLA Council of Fellows

Our President & CEO, Chris Hite, has been elevated to the American Society of Landscape Architects 2021 Council of Fellows. The Fellowship is among the highest honors that the ASLA bestows upon its members, and it is used to recognize outstanding commitment to the profession of landscape architecture in one of four categories. Nominated by the Florida Chapter ASLA, Hite was recognized in the Leadership/Management category and was one of only 35 professionals nationwide to be named a Fellow this year.

From co-founding and leading Dix.Hite + Partners, to playing instrumental roles in innumerable projects that have shaped Central Florida for more than 30 years, Hite’s career has been nothing short of brilliant. Some of her most notable projects include the PULSE Interim Memorial, the town of Celebration, SunRail Phases 1 and 2, Oviedo on the Park, and The Suncoast Parkway.

Chris will be recognized at a special ceremony at ASLA’s national conference this November in Nashville.
