Paula Zijl

As Dix.Hite’s administrative assistant, Paula’s is often the first voice many of our clients hear; her friendly smile the first clients see. It’s also safe to say that few understand every aspect of the business as well as Paula. In our Longwood office, she answers phones and welcomes visitors, taking great care to ensure operational efficiency across each of our locations and the organization at large. She maintains our company calendar, tracks employee PTO, makes travel arrangements, coordinates with vendors, and keeps our teams fueled with breakfast and lunch every day. In addition to all of this, Paula helps cultivate a vibrant company culture, planning events for our team from personal milestones to company celebrations and everything in between.
