Michaila Adrian

Michaila is a designer in our Longwood office, joining Dix.Hite after completing her Master of Landscape Architecture at The Ohio State University and her Bachelor of Science in Horticulture at Southern Illinois University – Carbondale. An ASLA member and former graduate teaching assistant, she finds joy in imparting her enthusiasm for landscape architecture to those unfamiliar with the profession. Her dedication lies in educating individuals about the significance of landscape architecture, witnessing their initial curiosity evolve into genuine excitement and passion for the field.

Originally hailing from Illinois, Michaila has adapted quickly to life in Orlando, spending as much time as possible on the water and hanging with her corgi companion, Douglas. It's worth noting that Douglas is also an esteemed team member at our Longwood office, offering warm greetings to everyone who walks through our doors! To commemorate the move to Florida, she got a Dracaena for her apartment — her favorite plant — and like her, it’s been growing strong since.
