Gina Roca

Gina Roca Camacho is a Planning Intern with Dix.Hite, working alongside the firm’s planning studio. She brings a strong academic background in architecture and urban planning, currently pursuing her Master of Architecture at the University of Florida. Gina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Central Florida, along with an Associate of Arts in Architecture from Valencia College.

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Gina has lived throughout Central Florida for almost a decade. Her experiences have fostered an interest in the connection between design, community, and the natural environment, which is an aspect of her work at Dix.Hite that she finds especially meaningful.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Gina enjoys traveling and visiting new places such as botanical gardens and parks, creating art, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family.
