Ella Pishko

Ella Pishko is a Designer at Dix.Hite who is passionate about designing meaningful places that connect people with nature and enrich everyday life. After previously interning with the firm while completing her studies, Ella joined the team full-time following her graduation from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. During her time at UF, she also served as a Student Research Assistant in the Department of Landscape Architecture and was recognized with the 2026 Steven C. Crebbin Memorial Award.

Ella enjoys collaborating across disciplines to transform ideas into thoughtful, implementable solutions that create lasting value for communities. Drawing on her research experience and design education, she approaches each project with curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to continuous learning.

A lifelong Central Florida native, Ella enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, boating, and exploring new places. Outside the office, she can often be found weight training at the gym, working on a scrapbook, or spending time with her cats.
