Pasco County, Florida

Located on more than 2,400 acres, Starkey Ranch is a master planned community with a primary focus of connecting its residents with natural Florida.  Located alongside the Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Preserve, the community is centered around an interconnected series of park and trail systems that branch out to connect its residents with the Preserve.  Included in the project design program associated with phase one's 477 homes is the central park space, neighborhood pocket parks, streetscapes, and a series of bikeway and pedestrian trails that traverse multiple pedestrian bridges.

Phase 1 of Starkey Ranch is nearing completion.  This phase of the project focuses on an integrated park and trail system that serves the surrounding single family neighborhoods.  With a focus on artful contrast, deliberate geometry and the use of native materials, the built landscape is meant to celebrate its natural surroundings.  Residents and the surrounding community will soon have access to the mixed-use village center, master amenity center and multiple regional parks as part of future phases.
