The $50 million reimagining of Winter Park Village has had any number of objectives.

These range from reinvigorating one of the region's legacy lifestyle centers to securing high-end tenants across the retail, restaurant and entertainment sectors — goals it either has completed or is close to completing, with the looming announcement of its final new tenant and fully leased status.
